(This might be an X problem, or something like that.)

When running yagmark on ubuntu 10.04, I noticed that the
tray icon for autohotkey doesn't seem to show up.

Reproduce with
 sh winetricks autohotkey
 cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/AutoHotkey$
 echo "sleep 10000" > foo.ahk
 autohotkey foo.ahk

You should see a tray icon with a big H for ten seconds.
