Crashdump if trying to start with native dinput8.dll

If I start UFO:ET with native dinput8.dll it comes to:
Unimplemented function USER32.dll.GetRawInputDeviceList
As result game crashed. What can I try next?
Implement the function... - Hmm, don't know how, yet.
