Moving window not only chops the parts that extent to an area that wasn't covered by Steam window just after the startup, but also leads to a strange but funny effect of step-by-step disappearing of the whole steam client window starting from its bottom edje. It just gets hidden in a slices from down upwards in a few seconds after the attempt to move a team client window. This behavior was introduced in 1.1.38, as 1.1.37 works great with the same steam client installation.
