[Bug 38665] Toontown Rewritten Launcher under Wine/FreeBSD gives "ValueError: Empty certificate data"

The problem is not Wine. I had this issue on older versions of Wine as well. I
did not have this problem historically with Version 1.2.0 of Toontown
Rewritten's Launcher, but after they updated their servers, Version 1.2.0
stopped working even if I am on Windows, and Version 1.2.1 under Wine has been
giving this "Empty certificate data" error.

By the way, this game is freely available. The URL is:
https://www.toontownrewritten.com/ . It does require a sign up, though.
