If you restart Ventrilo the problem gets fixed for a while. I'm using Ventrilo without PushToTalk while playing warcraft 3: TFT but the same problem have occured to me even when I was not running anything else. Extra notes: *I run the linux version of Ventrilo Server on my PC. *The transmit & receive delay has an average Round Trip Time of 10 seconds when it occurs.
