The codeplex page has no binary download.

I tested using the download from this page:

I was not able to start the program. I first ran into an issue with image
loading which I resolved with this patch:
https://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2019-July/148865.html

After that, it tried and failed to load WPF. I think there must have been a
different version that doesn't use WPF.
