[Bug 13744] FlashVideo MX gives an error when launched and terminates

In 1.2-rc7, I don't get an error, it just doesn't start. Using winetricks -q
quartz msxml3 gets the window up, but the app seems to use its own window
management, and grabs hold of the mouse and wouldn't let go. I had to
wineserver -k from a tty to get control back.
