[Bug 11335] "The Bat!" does not remember changed settings.

Hello!
In the latest version of wine (v0.9.61) this problem is fixed: now the settings
are saved.
Tested with  'The Bat! v3.99.24'.

(Other problems are still there. See bug report.)
