[Bug 51958] Wiggles (Diggles) has distorted background music

reproducer, if you start with a clean profile: 

choose windows nt 4.0 profile (win7 kind of works too, but is more sluggish)
play the game, there will be no background music
to fix that, install quartz dll via winetricks
restart the game, find it with broken background music
