[Bug 34759] wine 1.6-4 ppa version does not create new wineprefix

Further information on the above comment.
1.6-4 is the latest version that does install.
I run 64-bit. 
The later versions are all missing the 386 component, that is:
wine1.6-i386:i386
or 
wine1.7-i386:i386
I checked the trusty repository too. Same thing. No 386.
