I'm having a lot of trouble reproducing this, I get "hardware exception" dialogs popping up instead. Do you have any tricks for reproducing this issue?
To easily reproduce the problem in the demo press <Esc> when the race is starting (after the countdown 3-2-1 disappears). You should hear music as soon as the race is starting, and when you press <Esc> the other music track should begin playing. This is the point where Wine hangs. I'm also getting this 'hardware exception' error in the full version too.
