[Bug 57819] Wine unable to start when built with binutils 2.44

I tried buiding with execstack and noexecstack - to no avail

However downgrading bintuils from 2.44 back to 2.43 and rebuild wine allowed
things to start again

I'll try and figure out what exactly broke
