[Bug 46099] Star Citizen not loading after implementation of WaitOnAddress () in wine

The v2 patch worked but caused a huge loss of game performance, drops 80%.
The futex patch applied on top of v2 made the game load but its crashing with a
freeze in less then 2 minutes, sometimes make it into the game with now normal
fps, sometimes its crashing already before the menu screen comes up.
