[Bug 40695] Crash in Fallout New Vegas

Using 1.9.23, the crash on startup is "fixed". However, logs are littered with
gstreamer != null assertion failures, then wineclient: pipe: too many open
files. This leads to eventual save game corruption. Issue is not present with
winegstreamer disabled again. It seems like it may leak file handles? I will
try to capture better logs.
