Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
ucrtbase.dll.__initialize_lconv_for_unsigned_char called in 64-bit code
(0x000000007b44f037).

That function is cdel, shouldnt crash with unimplemented. Your wine version is
outdated and this bug is probably already fixed.
