I tested the patches one by one, and 0003-winegstreamer-Flip-video-output.patch
is the one that breaks video playback in Powerpoint 2007. With just the first
two patches, both audio and video playback are normal in Powerpoint 2007, and
the video even plays in Powerpoint 2010, but upside-down and without any audio.
