DelUS.bat

This file appeared in C:\users\alex\Temp when the previously attached trace was
created, alongside files named EBU4c6e.dll and EBU47cd.exe. The names of the
those DLL and EXE files are randomized every time setup.exe is run, and the
contents of DelUS.bat change to match.
