After reading Bug 57175 my guess is WINE doesn't take into account the case of
FULL-screen apps (that at least generally don't need any scaling), and still
scales them according to Winecfg DPI setting.
This likely results into the app's output resolution of FULL-screen apps larger
than the native screen resolution.
