Hello folks,

not that this is particularly critical but a fix would help to further reduce
the mess created by applying 'winetricks' IE recipes as suggested by various
Internet sites.

(OS type shall not include win32)

This also removes one more way to uniquely detect 32-bit Wine through the user
agent string.
