[Bug 14437] Voipcheap installs but does not run

in wine 1.1.8 voipcheap installs but still fails to run. This bug should be
re-opened.

After installation it prompts you for your details for a new account, including
a captcha. Then it hangs attempting to contact the server.

Testing this app caused my X session in Ubuntu Intrepid to crash twice.
