[Bug 16429] qtw 2.0 16bits can't be installed as win95 aplication

I did ...

$ WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine "d:\\qtw\\setup.exe" > wine-setup.log  2>&1 &

and the setup.exe (quicktime 2.0) gets in a loop. The process was killed when
the log gets 1.1GB

Annexed the first and lastest 5000 lines . The full log file is a 3MB .7z
format file
