[Bug 40204] Steam stopped working

I have some interesting results.

With DirectWrite steam doesn't launch and the log file is over 138000 lines
long.
With DirectWrite disabled (-no-dwrite) steam works, so the problem must be
caused by DW (i guess)

i have attached the log with directwrite disabled
the other can be found here: its over 12MB big ;(
