Henri, thanks so much for your response. If you're happy to answer direct
emails about compiling my own VKD3D, that would be lovely. I'll ensure I've got
mingw-w64 working, and then drop you a line. If my efforts produce any useful
information, I'll provide updates here in the bug tracker.
