I just ran into something interesting this evening when going through some of
the installation logs:  It appears that this program wants to use .NET for some
reason.  This appears to be another of those .NET bugs that will slowly grow. 
Attached is a log file from the Crossover product that attempts to show the
installation failed when it attempted to start OLB.EXE for the first time.
