[Bug 22724] windows opened by wine has zero size, and cannot be resized

Found the problem.

1. the directory .wine/drive_c/windows/Fonts/ is not created when first running
wine.

2. when the fonts are missing nothing is showing (instead for example showing
dots, squares or even spaces
