Well, it doesn't seem like a dsound bug, adding dsound to the trace only added
4 lines before the crash:

trace:dsound:DllMain (0x7e580000 8 (nil))
trace:dsound:DllMain UNKNOWN REASON
(...)
trace:dsound:DllMain (0x7e580000 1 0x1)
trace:dsound:DllMain DLL_PROCESS_ATTACH
