Without the help from Turbine, this issue cannot be solved, i guess. After all
i don't think it's a bug in wine. But this doesnt mean, there cant be done
anything on the wine side. 
Are there any network stress tests for the wine network layer? It would be nice
to have some MMO-like client/server test that can give some comparison between
native windows and wine
