Thank you Anastasius for the link, I was not aware that the Wayback machine
archives files as well...

Anyway, running the installer with wine-4.5 Staging it still fails. There is no
crash as far as I see though (at least no crash dialog), but the installer
bails out early. Otherwise it seems like the same bug. If I install dotnet20,
the installer proceeds further.
