I just noticed you are using a 64 bit wineprefix. Office 2007 requires a 32 bit
one.

Please retest in a clean 32 bit wineprefix. Install Office following the
instructions on
https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=4992.
