[Bug 1979] Dropped mouse movement in Half-Life/Counter-Strike with Steam or another Win app

I have recognised exactly the same problem with Wine 20050725 and the NVIDIA 
drivers 1.0-7667. 
 
I don't know, if other versions (Wine and graphic drivers) work better, 
because I've installed Steam only few days ago. In other games there are no 
such problems with mouse movement at all.
