Good point, actually it needs IShellLinkDataList::SetFlags and
IShellLinkDataList::AddDataBlock, a stub hack could make the application happy
but it would be wrong and can't be accepted by Wine.

The ntoskrnl functions are needed by QQ's anti keyboard-spy module instead.
