Hello folks,

CSIDL_RECENT folder will be automatically created upon WINEPREFIX creation
('rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 128 ...wine.inf')

NOTE: It won't be (re)created by Wine if you keep very old prefixes around.
      Either create it manually or use a new prefix.
