[Bug 16910] libgl.so.1 error when starting Warcraft III + long delay when ever starting wine or app

It's "INVALID" if it's a bug in something external to Wine. I just upgraded to
180.22 and I'm not noticing any delays in starting Wine or winecfg. Perhaps
this is related to a specific graphics card too? My specs:
- Linux 2.6.27 (vanilla, self-compiled)
- Debian sid/amd64, self-compiled wine 1.1.12
- Phenom x4 9750
- Geforce 9600GT
