[Bug 30694] Fallout 3 Launcher Crashes Instantly

It's apparently complaining my OpenGL Drivers are wrong (Portal 2 gives the
same end error, but extra beginning error stating that OpenGL isn't installed.)

Sadly, it is installed:

ian(a)ubuntu:~$ glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version"
OpenGL version string: 4.2.0 NVIDIA 295.53
