Yes it a regression.

I tried to run "git bisect" but the build process is often broken by a message
which sound like ".*__base_install.*". This errors occurs after the end of the
build during the install. Even with ccache, each wrong build needs a few hours.
Several successive "git bisect skip" may last days.
