That is intentional. 

The trixie packages are still old WoW64, because trixie has been around for 3
years, and changing to new WoW64 would break existing 32 bit wineprefixes.

My plan is to phase in new WoW64 packages with new distro versions, with the
old WoW64 packages being retired when the older distros go EOL. Packages for
forky are new WoW64, as are the ones for Ubuntu 25.10.
