I disable those two patchset make skyrim able to execute again.

ntdll-FLS_Callbacks
ntdll-ApiSetMap

I just only want to disable ntdll-FLS_Callbacks.
but ntdll-ApiSetMap is depend on ntdll-FLS_Callbacks, I disable ntdll-ApiSetMap
too.
