Install the game, apply 10005 patch, nodvd.

Immediately after run XR_3DA.exe Xray Engine show crash screen.

Command line for run: XR_3DA.exe -nointro -nodistort -dsound -dx80

"VertexShaderMode"="hardware"
"VideoMemorySize"="256"
"UseGLSL"="disabled" 

Try other combinations, no luck. All info about my hard and soft in
attachments.
