looks like a dupicate of bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14139
Try the path from http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=16324, see if it works around the crash
The workaround does not seem to work. Adding those values to the registry doesn't seem to do much. Reinstalled wine to get a clean environment once more.
