Wine 1.9.2 @ ArchLinux here, can reproduce this problem - empty browser windows
content.

Also wine native error dialog appears when I attempt to switch tabs:
"steamwebhelper.exe has stopped working. Sorry for inconveniences".
(approximate translation - original error is not in English.)
