Additional channel debugging

Janek, I'm starting to think there's a bug in our handling of the winecfg
channel options. Can you apply this patch to latest Wine, build dsound, and
then retest and get me another log? Please ensure your winecfg settings match
your physical speaker layout (stereo, I believe).
