Hello Susan,

just use one of the freely available file hosting services and provide a link
to the upload
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_file_hosting_services).

You can password protect/encrypt/put an expiry on the upload if you have
privacy concerns and send me the link via email.
I don't mind the download size.
