starting iTunes 7.6 the first time display Richtext in raw format.

It starts like this:
{\urtf\deff0\deflang1031\deflangfe1031{\fonttbl{\f0 Arial;}
{\f1 MS Shell Dlg;}
}{\*\generator Wine Riched20 

So I suspect Wine has already done stuff here.
