Using Morrowind 1.2.0722, that's the version after installing the core of the GOTY edition (no Bloodmoon or Tribunal yet). ORM is set to backbuffer for me. I also have the character portrait issues. It's upside down and I have the red line above it. I didn't test this with pbuffers yet, will do later.
