[Bug 39617] Starting TeamViewer 11 takes few minutes instead of few seconds

Still same, TeamViewer 11 and 12 won't start at all after installation.

Starting app creates "Teamviewer.exe" and "TeamViewer_Service.exe" processes
immediately but no window/GUI.

Portable version now works in case connecting to remote but does not work in
case accepting connection.

wine-2.11
Linux Mint 18.2 "Sonya" x86_64
