In several parts of that wiki says things like: 
"This kind of subcomponent, nicknamed WoW64 (for Windows on Windows 64-bit), is
also implemented in Wine to solve the exact same problem. Without it, a 64-bit
version of Wine in isolation will only run 64-bit programs, and likewise for a
32-bit build."

I've installed the 64b only version and it works.
