[Bug 24720] Oblivion crashes, debugger NOT started

Moreover, terminating "freezed" wine program, if debugger wasn't fired up,
leads to memory "haunted" processess. For example, many copies of services.exe
still in memory after many launches of Oblivion.exe.
It's very dangerous situation, if user not perform paranoid watching of memory
and processess after each launch of program.
