Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks vcrun2010 dotnet40
3) install SolidWorks 2013
4) wine sldProcMon.exe

Behaviour:
App hangs up using all CPU resources.

Expected behaviour:
App should start silently and close immediately.
