[Bug 49995] Evernote 6.24 stopped displaying notes after upgrade to Wine 5.19

I have tried to build wine locally but only managed to get a 32-bit build
running, and the 32-bit one seems to work with 5.18 and 5.19 (both-self built)
and the system 5.21 . So all I can say is that it broke between 5.18 and 5.19
but not for 32-bit prefixes.
