[Bug 36423] League of Legends : launcher's store menu doesn't display correctly

I found one of the component involved in that bug : wininet

I had an override on it (native,builtin) which was needed for previous release.

Removing it make it now possible to use the shop functions. However I didn't
test all sections, only runes and champions sections.

Anyway, the shop still doesn't display correctly, there are missing button, for
example to sort by price, or to unlock any item.

By clicking at the place where the button should be it works anyway.
